Icon could not have been better. The drivers were not on time, they were always early. Every driver was safe, friendly, and worked with our changing plans. The Sprinter vans were always clean and well-kept. Most importantly, the owner, Andres Hernandez, was always a phone call or text away if any issues arose. He was responsive to my needs and always called me back to confirm plans. He even called me after our weekend ended to make sure everything went well. Of course, by that time, it is something I would’ve expected based on the great service we got from Icon all weekend long. Highly recommend.”
